Cold winter is the season of strawberries! Rich whipped cream with the aroma of sweet and sour strawberries, no one can resist its charm!
<Yellow egg paste>
3 egg yolks
Salad oil 6g
1 tsp salt
Low-gluten flour 45g
Vanilla extract (or vanilla powder) 2 tsp

The low-gluten flour is sieved for use, and the egg yolk and protein are separated for use.
The oven is preheated by 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Wash the strawberries, drain the water, and gently dry until use.
Cut 9 to 12 small baking papers to cover the cake rolls.
First make the egg yolk paste~
Add egg yolk, milk, oil, vanilla extract and salt to the conditioning bowl and mix well.
Add the sieved low-gluten flour and mix well.
Stir until the egg yolk paste is smooth without particles.
Make protein cream~
The protein is beaten out of the coarse foam, and then the sugar is added in two portions, and the protein is sprayed at a high speed to reach the state where the protein cream can stand upright.
Put 1/3 of the meringue into the freshly prepared egg yolk paste and mix gently by mixing. (Do not over-mix to avoid defoaming)
Pour this batter into the remaining meringue and mix well by chopping.
When finished, put the finished batter into a plastic bag with a small cut at the front end to prepare the batter.
Put the baking paper on the baking sheet on the baking paper and squeeze out 4 small round batters. When squeezing, draw from the center, don’t be too thin, try to squeeze evenly. The oven is baked at 180 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Baked cake, wait for the cake to be cooler, then shovel it with a cake shovel, gently fold it in half, and put it into the freshly cut baking paper.
Make whipped cream~
Place the whipped creamed granules in the conditioning bowl, place the conditioning bowl in the large conditioning bowl, place the ice cubes underneath, and use high speed to send the whipped cream. Fresh cream is able to stand upright.
Next, start to combine and decorate the cake~
- First squeeze the first layer of fresh cream in the cake roll.
- The second layer cuts half of the strawberries.
- Squeeze the cream on the third layer.
- The fourth layer is then dotted with strawberries, sprinkled with powdered sugar, and finished!
