溫熱牛奶 500 cc
糖 2 大匙
水 1 大匙
茶包 3 包

  1. 1.水和糖放進鍋中,用中小火加熱,搖晃鍋子讓糖融化均勻,煮至糖水顏色變深轉為焦糖

  3. 3.放入茶包,確認茶包有浸潤到牛奶,小火煮至鍋邊有小泡泡、即將沸騰的狀態就熄火,蓋上鍋蓋燜15分鐘後取出茶包,再將奶茶攪拌均勻即可,趁熱喝或冰涼涼的喝都很棒!
