Prepared ingredients:

步驟Step

  1. 1.[草莓奶酪]將吉利丁片一片一片分開並用冰水泡軟(約5分鐘)

  2. 2.用果汁機將草莓和鮮奶油打勻

  3. 3.將鮮奶和糖放入小鍋中混合,並用小火加熱至糖融化即關火(溫度約比體溫高一點)

    3. Mix the fresh milk and sugar in a small pot and heat it with a small heat until the sugar melts and turns off the heat (the temperature is about a little higher than the body temperature)

  4. 4.將吉利丁片撈起,擠乾多餘水分後加入牛奶中,攪拌至融化,再加入草莓鮮奶油拌勻,裝瓶加蓋,冷藏2小時至奶酪表層凝固

    4. Pick up the gelatin tablets, squeeze the excess water, add to the milk, stir until melted, then add the strawberry cream and mix well, bottling and capping, and refrigerate for 2 hours until the cheese surface is solidified

  5. 5.[原味奶酪]將吉利丁片一片一片分開並用冰水泡軟(約5分鐘)

  7. 7.將吉利丁片撈起,擠乾多餘水分後加入牛奶液體中,攪拌至融化,冷卻後倒入表面已凝固的草莓奶酪瓶中,裝瓶加蓋,冷藏四小時以上至奶酪凝固。食用前擺上草莓或草莓醬即可

  8. 8.這個配方糖量較少,嗜甜者可將砂糖增加到2倍。有加鮮奶油吃起來比較綿密,若不喜歡可酌量減少甚至完全用鮮奶,只是口感會比較像果凍。喜歡硬一點的奶酪,也可將吉利丁片增加到4片。參考Agneta的食譜,份量改為6個保羅瓶,改成草莓口味並減少糖份
