預備食材:

全蛋3000克
細砂糖500克
蜂蜜700克
高筋麵粉700克
低筋麵粉500克
sp乳化劑150克
奶油450克
牛奶410克

步驟Step

  1. 1.全蛋加入糖加蜂蜜一起打發

  2. 2.將步驟1打發後加入粉類(高粉+低粉先拌勻過篩)攪拌再加入sp拌勻後再加奶油和牛奶拌至光滑狀
