預備食材:
低筋麵粉 100 g
抹茶粉 1 小匙
無鋁泡打粉 1/2 小匙
蛋 1 個
細砂糖 40 g
水 3 大匙
無鹽奶油 15 g

Aluminum-free baking powder 1/2 tsp
1 egg
Fine sugar 40 g
Water 3 tablespoons
Unsalted cream 15 g


步驟Step:

  1. 1.蛋加細砂糖拌勻,再加入水拌勻

  2. 2.篩入低粉、抹茶粉及泡打粉攪拌均勻,再加入微波後液化的奶油拌勻

  3. 3.甜甜圈烤模表面刷些薄油(食譜份量外)防沾

  4. 4.將麵糊分填入烤模約7~8分滿

  6. 6.烤好後有用開水+糖粉調成糖霜裝飾,
    雖然裝飾效果好像有點差強人意,
    不過脆脆甜甜的口感挺加分喔!
