(蛋素)蔬菜玉子燒(egg) vegetable Yuzi

我們家的特殊調味蛋的口味就是醬油+米酒+糖(或味素)去煎蛋或蒸蛋!真的超級好吃的啦!我問奶奶為什麼只有我們家是加醬油和米酒,奶奶說因為她那個時代就是這樣加了,只是那時買不起醬油,就是加鹽巴味素和米酒了。

調味料:
醬油 1匙|米酒 10cc|糖 1匙

拿一個碗,將蛋打散,加入醬油、米酒、糖,最後加入青椒
