步驟1
法式麵包去頭去尾後分切成塊狀,每塊約10公分。

The French bread is cut into pieces in the shape of a head and a tail, each piece is about 10 cm.

使用麵包刀或各種小尺寸的刀刃把麵包中心挖空。

起鍋小火下一塊奶油。

奶油溶化後放進法式麵包,開口朝上。

麵包溫度有點上來後,每個麵包各放進兩顆蛋。不想吃太多蛋的朋友可以把麵包切短一點只放一顆。放好蛋後下適量鹽調味。

等到底面的麵包跟滲出來的蛋白都熟了後,翻面。
翻面後一樣小火慢慢煎到裡頭的蛋白熟,蛋黃呈現半熟。
