洋蔥 1/2顆|火鍋肉片(牛豬皆可) 1/2盒|生豆皮 2塊|傳統豆腐 1塊|杏鮑菇(任何菇皆可) 1根|娃娃菜 2棵|蒜苗 適量|火鍋料 隨意

醬汁:
醬油 50cc|味霖 50cc|海帶高湯(或一般高湯) 75cc|米酒 25cc|水 60cc

Ingredients:
Onion 1/2 | Hot pot meat (bovine and pig) 1/2 box | raw bean skin 2 | traditional tofu 1 | oyster mushroom (any mushroom can be) 1 | baby dish 2 | garlic seedlings | Hot pot material free

Sauce:
Soy sauce 50cc| Mirin 50cc|kelp broth (or general broth) 75cc|rice wine 25cc|water 60cc


步驟1
準備量杯

Preparing a measuring cup

將乾燥海帶芽(或昆布)用75cc的熱水浸泡10分鐘,就成了海帶高湯

Soak the dried kelp buds (or kelp) with 75cc of hot water for 10 minutes to become a kelp broth

將醬汁調和成備用

Blend the sauce into a spare

起油鍋將洋蔥絲炒香

Saute the onion with a frying pan

倒入醬汁煮滾

Pour the sauce into the boil

加入娃娃菜煮軟(用白菜或高麗菜皆可)

Add the baby dish to boil softly (with cabbage or cabbage)

將備料全部放入鍋中熬煮約5~7分鐘入味
