抹茶紅豆起司蛋糕Matcha red bean cheese cake

非常好吃的一款蛋糕,甜度適中,細緻綿密。抹茶和紅豆的搭配,相得好吃。聖誕大餐後的甜點,大受好評。

抹茶粉 1大匙|熱水 2大匙|蛋黃 5顆|糖 50g|牛奶 80g|沙拉油 100g|低筋麵粉 150g|蛋白 6顆|檸檬汁 1小匙|糖 100g

起司糊:
奶油起司 250g|吉利丁粉 3小匙|水 60g|蛋黃 2顆|糖 40g|動物性鮮奶油 300g|動物性鮮奶油 80g|蜜紅豆 200g

抹茶粉用小篩子篩入盆中,再加入二大匙的熱水拌勻。
