食材:
常溫無鹽奶油 200g|糖粉 60g|香草精 1/2匙|低筋麵粉 200g|玉米粉 65g

Ingredients:
Normal temperature salt-free cream 200g|sugar powder 60g|vanilla extract 1/2 spoon|low-gluten flour 200g|corn flour 65g


步驟1
用常溫無鹽奶油加入糖粉打成泛白後
加入香草精拌均勻

加入低筋麵粉及玉米粉

步驟3
以切半的方式成團裝入
「厚」的擠花袋幾再烤盤上即可

烤箱預熱170度

*如果沒有擠花袋也可以壓模
餅乾與餅乾之間距離不能太近
再烤的途中會稍微脹大
