食材:
70%調溫苦甜巧克力 150g|鮮奶油 100ml|海塩 1小撮|無糖可可粉 適量|堅果 少許|乾燥草莓粒 少許|榛果可可醬 少許

Ingredients:
70% warming bitter sweet chocolate 150g|fresh cream 100ml|sea bream 1 small glutinous rice | sugar-free cocoa powder amount | nuts a little | dry strawberry granules a little | hazelnut cocoa sauce a little


步驟1
準備主原料巧克力、鮮奶油、內餡(可自行調整變化)及可可粉
建議使用品質較佳的食材,成品能更讓美味升級

鮮奶油倒入醬汁鍋,小火煮至接近沸騰熄火
迅速倒入料理缽中的巧克力,以刮刀拌勻至完全融化

拌勻後可以加入一小撮海塩提味
製作成人版的可加入15ml的蘭姆酒或威士忌

將融化拌勻的巧克力放入冰箱冷藏約5小時
準備一個大小適中的挖勺

備好需要使用的內餡

挖出適當份量的巧克力,整成一個小窩,中間可填入自己喜歡的內餡食材,包起來搓成圓球形

準備一個小淺盤,篩入適量的無糖可可粉
將步驟6的巧克力圓球放在淺盤中,前後輕輕晃動淺盤,巧克力球便會自己來回滾動
