沾醬:
山葵醬 2大匙|黃芥末醬 2大匙|酸奶油醬 2大匙

Ingredients:

Dip sauce:
Wasabi Sauce 2 tbsp | Yellow mustard sauce 2 tbsp | sour cream sauce 2 tbsp


步驟1
將蘆筍的外皮輕輕刨開並且切掉根部後,撒上橄欖油、鹽巴和黑胡椒調味

檸檬以1cm厚度切成半月形,鮭魚撒上鹽巴.黑胡椒稍微調味

倒入橄欖油後中火預熱雙面鍋,放入鮭魚跟檸檬,蓋上鍋蓋約5分鐘

確認一面煎熟之後,放入蘆筍並翻鍋,在煎五分鐘即可
