簡易香蕉鬆餅Simple banana muffin

食材:
香蕉 1根|蛋 1 顆|低筋麵粉 40 克(g)

Ingredients:
Banana 1 | Egg 1 | Low-gluten flour 40 g (g)

將香蕉用叉子搗成泥放在旁邊備用

將蛋打散

加入低筋麵粉

拌均勻成麵糊 (這時會有一點濃稠)

加入香蕉泥攪拌均勻

準備一個不沾平底鍋或煎盤,開中火預熱 (如果不是不沾鍋的話,可以抹點食用油或奶油),鍋子預熱後,用湯匙舀起麵糊,倒入鍋中

等待到角落凝固,表面有點泡泡,冒出一點點白煙

翻面再煎一分鐘,即可起鍋啦!

這個份量大約可以煎五小片,要吃的時候可以依照喜好淋上煉乳、巧克力醬或蜂蜜~也可以擺上水果,都很OK唷!充滿香蕉香的鬆餅上桌啦~
