日式菇菇炊飯 松茸風味Japanese mushroom risotto, pine mushroom flavor

日本人常說秋天是食慾大開的季節,在料理上也會多下一番功夫來應景,這次我們用秘密配方做出簡單的「松茸風味」菇菇炊飯,松茸在日本是個高級食材,吃不起的一般庶民就常用「松茸風味粉」來取代,只要把食材通通加入進去,等飯鍋跳起就完成啦!快來一起試試看吧!

食材:
米 (450g)|松茸風味粉 兩包(可加可不加)|鴻禧菇 1袋|舞菇 1袋|杏鮑菇 1盒|乾燥香菇 5大朵|糖漬栗子 數顆|醬油 2大匙|味琳 2大匙|蒜泥 少量

Ingredients:
Rice (450g)|Two packages of pine mushroom flavor powder (can be added or not)|Hongqi mushroom 1 bag|Women mushroom 1 bag|Pearl mushroom 1 box|Dry mushroom 5 big flower|Sweet chestnuts number|Soy sauce 2 tablespoons |味琳 2 tablespoons | garlic a small amount

步驟1
準備食材,浸泡香菇的水可以去渣留下來使用。
松茸風味調味粉及糖漬栗子可以在大賣場的日式超市購買,也可以不添加。
依照個人的喜好加入豆皮絲或蒟蒻絲,風味會更加有變化喔!
步驟2
米洗好後,放入所有菇類,鴻禧菇,舞菇可以數顆一小株的放入,不必撕太細。
杏鮑菇切成細片,口感會很像松茸!
倒入香菇浸泡水和水,達到數字3的水位。
再加入味琳,醬油,蒜泥後拌勻。
步驟3
飯鍋按下開關,等到飯鍋跳起,就會聞到濃郁的菇菇炊飯香氣。
糖漬栗子切成小塊狀,擺上去,甜甜栗子香更是讓美味加分。

如果有大量煮好的炊飯可以分裝起來備用,像是帶便當去賞楓,也很方便喔。
