番茄海鮮燉飯Tomato seafood rice stew

我一直覺得海鮮燉飯是道很美味,也可以很家常,也適合宴客品嚐的菜色,材料不需要很多,主要準備海鮮、番茄(醬)、飯就可以了。其他的依喜好再添加。
如果手邊沒有新鮮番茄也沒關係,用CLASSICO義大利麵醬-四種起司即可,嚐起來微酸看的到番茄果肉,聞起帶著濃濃起司味,想立刻來一盤鮮美的海鮮燉飯不困難,趕快動手來試看看吧!

鮮蝦5-6隻|章魚1小塊|蒜頭2-3瓣|洋蔥1-2個|白米1(量米杯)2杯|水(量米杯)3杯/橄欖油1大匙
調味料:
義大利麵醬-四種起司3大匙|鹽1/4小匙|砂糖1/2小匙|胡椒粉少許

Ingredients:
5-6 shrimps | octopus 1 small pieces | garlic 2-3 petals | 1-2 onions | white rice 1 (measured meter cup) 2 cups | water (measured meter cup) 3 cups / olive oil 1 tablespoon
seasoning:
Italian pasta sauce – 4 cheeses 3 tablespoons | 1/4 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp sugar | a little pepper

準備所有食材。

鮮蝦洗淨去掉腸泥,章魚和蒜頭切成薄片,洋蔥切成絲,白米洗淨加入水浸泡20分鐘後瀝乾。

平底鍋倒入橄欖油加熱,放入蒜片和洋蔥絲拌炒。

加入鮮蝦,章魚拌炒到幾分熟後取出來備用(洋蔥和蒜末保持在鍋裡面)。

加入白米翻炒一下。

倒入水熬煮,過程中需要不停翻動防止黏鍋。

煮到差不多熟,加入所有調味料。

繼續熬煮至米飯全熟。
