蒲燒鯛魚片Macaroni fillet

蒲燒鯛魚片可說是和鰻魚畫上等號的,但近年來鰻魚的產量逐漸變少,價格上漲,雖然今年的價格比往年來的便宜些,但知名的鰻魚飯仍是昂貴。

其實除了鰻魚,可以用很多魚種替代,這次就使用鯛魚代替鰻魚,口感上多少會有些差異,但是味道可是一樣很好吃喔!尤其鯛魚片的細刺比鰻魚更少,小朋友吃的可以更安心。

食材:
鯛魚片1份/熟白芝麻(可省略)少許
蒲燒醬汁:
醬油3T/米酒3T/味醂2T/醬油膏1T/糖1T/水1T
醃料:米酒1t/鹽少許/白胡椒粉少許

Ingredients:

Soy sauce 3T / rice wine 3T / miso 2T / soy sauce 1T / sugar 1T / water 1T
Marinade:

步驟1
將鯛魚片洗淨,用醃料醃製10分鐘。

將蒲燒醬汁準備好。
步驟3
蒲燒醬汁放入鍋中煮滾後轉中小火,將鯛魚片放入。
步驟4
在煮的過程中,用湯匙慢慢淋醬上色,煮到醬汁變濃稠約30~40分鐘即可。(這步驟要慢慢來,不要急,因鯛魚肉易碎,所以用淋醬方式,保持魚肉完整)

輕輕的將魚肉放在盤子上,灑上白芝麻即完成啦!

也可準備一大碗白飯,淋上醬汁。

把鯛魚片放上,就是一碗蒲燒雕魚飯啦!
